term limits?
I think it is unconstitutional for there to be term limits. If people want a person back in office when he or she is up for reelection, they should be able to vote them back in. If there are term limits then the people don't have the choice to put back a person they want, they don't have a choice or a say. When there laws that control who you can vote for, that is unconstitutional. If the people want to vote a person back in office multiple times, they should be able to and if the people want to vote them out after their first term, they should be able to. It is all about what the people want.

I agree, if the people really like a candidate and believe they are doing there job and want to keep them in office, they should be allowed to remain in office. It should be about what the people want, and when and how long they want that person in office.
